Quit making weak excuses for yourself. Quit being lazy. Kick ass all day long, do things that will improve your life and help you reach your goals. Then when you lay down each night, you’ll feel you deserved it. Wake up knowing you kicked ass the day before and you’re about to do it all over again.

I didn’t work out everyday for a year. I gave up sometimes and I would start eating poorly again but I would look at other peoples progress and the light in my head would go off. There have been ups and downs throughout my journey and it is far from done but this is my progress. ((I’m 5’7. 165 in the before picture and now I have no idea))
